These functions are directly linked with objectives and goals of organization. Inorder to that, Cadbury is the British international confectionery firm fully operated by KraftFoods. It is the second biggest candy brand in the worldwide. Also, company has manyfunctional areas such as human resource, marketing, finance, production, informationtechnology, research and development etc. All the functional areas are interrelated with otherwhich help to achieve the goals of Cadbury.Human Resource Functions: It is the main function of organization in which mangers are recruiting, hiring andselecting the candidates for every departments either marketing or production. Therefore, thisfunction is interrelated with the marketing, production, research and development, finance andinformation technology. In this context, HR executive needs to hire and select the right candidateto accurate job profile (Laumann and et.al., 2015). With the help of it, every employees areworking effectively and highly contributed in the achieving the goals of Cadbury. The objectiveof company is to increase consumer satisfaction within the marketplace across the worldwide. Marketing Functions: It is another major function of organization in which managers are marketing research,creating the marketing plan, implementing the marketing strategy and determine the overallinformation about the products and services. After that, marketing manager is discussing withfinance, production and research and development department for raising the funds, designingand products and researching about the new goods within the marketplace. Both functions arehighly interrelated with each other which can help to achieve the organizational objectives andgoals.
