The main focus of researcher is to evaluate the areas that required necessary improvement. METHODOLOGY It is one of the important section in undertaking entire research activities in an effective manner. Mainly, it includes various methods and techniques implement by the researcher with the aim of acquiring reliable data and information about the research topic(Huang, Wu and Zhang, 2019). By this, investigator can easily draw a valid conclusion. For better understanding, there are some effective methods and techniques used by investigator to undertake the research activities in a systematic manner: Research philosophy: This section of research methodology is provide belief that is related with the way in which data should be gathered, evaluate and used to tale final decision. This can be effective for measuring the effectiveness of collected data and information that contributes in improving the possibilities of attaining valuable outcomes at the end of the research. Itisdividedinto two methodssuch aspositivismand interpretivisimresearch philosophy. In current investigation, positivism will applied by researcher because it based on social behaviour which can be evaluated in an objective way. The main focus of this method is to analyse objectives in order to address the research problem in an effective way. Generally, it is also help in analysing the quantitative information in order to determine the positive results to make a authentic research. Research methods: It is refers to the different tool that implement with the aim of undertaking entire investigation more effective. Thus, it is crucial for investigation to select an appropriate method so that researcher can easily analysis data on the basis of particular research topic and area as well. It can be classified on the basis of two methods such as qualitative and quantitative research methods. In this regards, quantitative method used to determine numerical information and also required statistical tools to analysis collected data in an effective manner. On the other side, qualitative method is related with the non-numerical information and also focus on developing as well as establishing patterns to attain reliable outcomes(Dwesini, 2019). For undertaking current investigation, research will use quantitative research method as it is based on objective measurement and also assist in collecting numerical analysis of data by using 5

different methods such as surveys, questionnaire, polls, interview, observation and many more. With the assistance of this, researcher can easily take right judgement and draw a valid conclusion at the end of the investigation. Research approach: For undertaking an effective investigation, it define a plan and procedures that used by the investigator at the time of collecting, analysing and interpretation of data in an appropriate way(De Winne and et. al., 2019). Mainly, this section is based in the nature of research problem that being addressed within the investigation activities. One of the main purpose of research approach is to gather information in order to evaluate the issues of the study in detailed manner. Along with this, it is based on two type of research approach such as inductive and deductive. Or successfully undertake current investigation, deductive research approach will be applied by the researcher as it concerned with the developing a hypothesis on the basis of existing theory and at the same time also design an effective research strategy that assist in testing the hypothesis. One of the major benefit of using deductive research approach is to provide possibility to explain the casual relationship between variables and concepts as well. Along with this, it also avoid risk and complete the entire research activities in short period of time. With the help of this approach, researcher get logical and accurate information towards the research topic. Data collection: It is consider as an important process of collecting as well as measuring different variables of interest within the research. In this, investigator evaluate the hypothesis as per collected data and information. This will assist in accomplishing authenticate outcomes that make overall research more effective and appropriate as well. It is divided into two methods such as primary and secondary method of data collection. These methods are effective in collecting valid and reliable information in an effective way. For undertaking this research, both methods will be implement by the investigator as it help in gather detailed and numerical data to take right judgement in attaining positive results. In this regards, primary method used to gather numerical data directly from selected respondents as they share their views and opinion with investigator on the basis of particular research area(Bake, 2019). It includes different sources of collecting data like questionnaire, survey, observation, interview and many more. On the other side, secondary method help in gathering detailed or in-depth information that assist researcher in evaluating the accurate information. It consist different methods such as books, journals, articles, online articles and many more. Mainly, researcher use primary data to prepare a structured questionnaire that 6
includes various close-ended questions and also filled by selected respondents to analysis their response.Furthermore, secondarymethodsofdatacollectionsupportinundertakingan systematic literature review that includes themes(Albayrak and et. al., 2019). As per this, different authors present their views and opinion in order to evaluate the detailed analysis of research objectives. Data analysis: It is also an important part that summarizes all the collected data as it includes the interpretation of data by using different equipments. In order to analysis quantitative data, there will requirement for using analytical tool which is frequency distribution analysis. In this, researcher will require create frequency table that assist in determining actual response of respondents. Sampling: For undertaking research, selecting a right sample size is important as it help in gathering reliable information. It is classified on the basis of two techniques such as probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling technique. For selecting sample size for current research, investigator will use probabilistic methods in which they select respondents as per random basis in which participants get equal chances to be selected for providing their views and opinion towards the research topic. By this, investigator chose 50 respondents who are the employees of the company. Alternative methods: Under this research, investigator use various methods to collect data and information on the basis of research topic. As an alternative method, investigator will use interview as it is an effective method for collecting reliable data(Al Karim, 2019). Mainly, it includes open-ended questions asked from selected respondents to gather detailed information about research topic. It is cost effective method through which researcher easily attain authentic results. Access and ethics: It is significant for investigator to follow all the ethical principles so that each and every activities of research effectively completed. Along with this, researcher also ensure that all the information of respondents will be confidential so that they can easily share their views with researcher. Researchlimitations:Attheofundertakingresearchactivitiestherearevarious limitations that faced by researcher and also put negative impact over the end results. In this context, insufficient time and fund are the major limitations in which researcher fail in collecting relevant data. Thus, it is crucial for investigator to make an effective plan that includes all the 7
necessary activities execute in the study. This can be contributes in attaining reliable results within the investigation. 8
