manner. Since it has been determined that current communication system used by Woolworths
proves not beneficial for reaching towards targeted audience. Furthermore, this report addressed
innovative communication tool with the help of which issue of low level of motivation among
employees can be overcome. Along with this there are some measures that acts as measures in
order to overcome issue:
 Design new digital communication strategy like implementing new social media into
marketing mix
 Develop policy for new social media channels like Instagram to govern internal uses as

awareness among them about new products or services
 Research on preferences and changing needs of customers will lead to make development
in product and innovate new services to meet the same
