Introduction
Business communication is one of the integral aspects of the business so as to gain the
target what the company is willing to gain from the marketplace. This is very much essential
for the firm so that they can look after the fact that the communication will enable them to
motivate the employees so that they can work even harder in the company (Malyuga &
Orlova, 2017). This will enable the organization with the ability to perform greatly in the
marketplace so as to achieve the popularity in the process. Business communication should
be provided with the importance so that the manager is able to manage the daily task along
with the team, which will assist them to obtain the target that the firm is willing to obtain in
the process (Veltsos, 2017). This can be observed that the internal communication assists the
firm to set its perspective regarding the goals as well as the accomplishment in the process
and help them to achieve the same in the marketplace.
Thus, it can be noted that an effective communication will assist the organization to
operate successfully in the industry and to maintain an efficient communication process
through the organization. It will help them to gain the profit and at the same time eliminate
the problem for which it is suffering in the marketplace (Minasyan & Midova, 2017).
Narrative Storytelling in Organization
The organizational narrative is considered to be an effective storytelling process in a
firm which is critical for the communication process to be efficient in respect to the
consumers as well as marketplace and most importantly in respect to the employees within an
organization. The organizational narrative enables the firm in maintaining the transparency as
well as simple and clear communication process, which will help them to maintain the
identity of the organization in front of the consumers (Borghoff, 2018). This will also assist
them to engage the audience in the marketplace with the brand as well as increase the rate of

production along with the employee motivation. This also enables the firm to understand the
leadership quality that they possess with the knowledge which is being shared as well as
gathered in the process. Hence, it can be considered that the organizational narrative is vital
for the firm to motivate the employees who are working in the organization to work harder by
feeling motivated in the end. It will assist them to gain the target that they are intending to
obtain in the process.
There are certain advantages that can be looked after by the organization regarding
the organizational narrative style and they are:
Identification of Brand: The organizational narrative enables the company to
implement the vision, mission as well as action and values when the firm is facing
any sort of problem or it is intending to obtain any benefit from the marketplace.
This will provide a clear and concise idea to the employees as well as to the
consumers regarding the action and the image of the firm and let them judge
whether it is correct or incorrect (Vaara, Sonenshein & Boje, 2016). This will
ultimately enrich the image of the company and let them obtain the success that
they are look forward in the process.
For example: Suppose the organization is contributing in the healthcare fund
which will improve the image of the firm in the marketplace and customers will
be willing to purchase products from the organization. This can be obtaining only
by using the organizational narrative process of storytelling in the process.
Audience Engagement: The engagement of the audience is a crucial factor that
need to be look after by the firm when they are dealing with the audience and they
also requires to look after the number of the audience who are being engaged in
the process. This will enhance the image of the firm as well as let them obtain the
target that they are willing to gain from the marketplace (Kuhn, 2016). This will
