The aim of the report is to identify the general theories of communication that might b
applied in any organization that aims to achieve certain objectives. Also, the study had evaluated
certain barriers of communication that had not allowed Bri tech employees to return to offices.
Lastly, certain strategies for the Bri tech to overcome such type of barriers had also been covered

Business communication helps various firms in encouraging employee engagement and
developing better relationships in future for any firm. Also, the present report will discuss some
communication challenges of effective communication faced by most of the organizations.
Further, the study will highlight effective strategies for overcoming certain communication
barriers at the workplace. Moreover, importance of cultural awareness in devising effective
business policies will also be covered under this report. Lastly, the report will analyse some
common theories of organizational communication, barriers that made employees unwilling to
return to office and brit-tech strategies that will enable the quoted firm to foster each barrier.

Presenting general theories of communication.
There are various types of communication theories that are used by most of the
individuals in different areas such as communist theory, development communication theory,
development communication theory, standpoint theory etc. Some of them are as follows:
Adaptive structuration theory: This theory is based on structures formed due to various
groups and organizations. Moreover, after the formation of the structures all the people are likely
to follow it during the lifetime and take decisions based on these structures. Moreover, based on
this theory people adapt according to the rules and regulations so that certain goals could be
accomplished through communication. Furthermore, groups are created themselves by the people
that are gathered at particular place (Stacho and et.al., 2019.). Also, through this theory it helps
to identify how technologies are integrated at one particular workplace. Thus, this theory helps in
raising the awareness of group dynamics and identifies how various people create and maintain
social structures at the workplace.
Constructivism: Based on this successful communicator are cognitively sophisticated
people that are able to create better and advance messages among the group of people. Also,
these people are able to achieve more than one goal at the same time in most successful manner.
Moreover, this theory defines and explains how each individual communicate in various social
