INTRODUCTIONBusiness communication is sharing of the information to the employees of theorganisation for the commercial benefit in the company. As effective communication helps thebusiness to attract customers. The present report is based on Mr Fishy, a fish and chips restaurantin Borough market which is near London Bridge Station. The report will study and analyse thepurposes and principles behind different forms of organisational communication. The discussionwill be based principles of effective communication to enhance practice in the organisation.Further it will evaluate communication practise in the organisation and others. Literature reviewPrinciples and purpose behind different types of organizational communicationBusiness communication is the flow of information within the organisation for attainmentof the commercial benefits in the firm.According to the author Correa-Garcia, Garcia-Benau and Garcia-Meca, (2018) thepurpose of the business communication within the organisation is to carry the basic functionssmoothly. The managers main purpose is to communicate the information and objective of theorganisation to their subordinates in order to make them work effectively and efficiently for theachievements of the organisational goal. The manager motivates the employees bycommunicating with them effectively and employees receive right amount of motivation whenthere is good communication.As per the views of the author Du-Babcock, (2018) the different forms of organisationalcommunication also includes oral communication as it is considered as a process where theinformation is conveyed from sender to the receiver verbally. Like speeches, discussion, TVs,radios, etc. the principles of effective oral communication is that presentation should be wellplanned in regarding to audiences, time and other factor, delivery of the topic, well prepared inthe speech. The clear pronunciation must be their with the meaning full sense and brief messagesshould be given as long talking losses the attention of receiver. The purpose of oralscommunication is to speak in front of live audience formally of some specific topic.According to the author Dubinsky, (2019) another different form of the organisationalcommunication is written form in which the it serves as an channel or content for ideas, tasks,decisions, solutions, etc. and solidify the sense of self and culture.
