INTRODUCTION
The aim of the report is to pull out the significance of communication by evaluating its various
methods, models and techniques. As communication is the key of every business through which
all work flow, manage and complete on time. Without communication, it is not possible vblke
achieve single goal of organisation with number of staff working within it. In order to understand
about communication skills, an individual need to focus on vocabulary, presentation to
communicate with others. This report is going to present the ability of communicating and
deliver messages within a reputed firm that is Tesco, a multinational retailer and supermarket of
home and grocery products. The company was first established in the year 1919. it serve
worldwide area with it affordable price range products. The organisation look for professional
employees who have good skills ans capability to make other influenced by their vocal powers
and perform work in according to that. Therefore, all the growth and success company achieve
is depend on the effectiveness of communication they share within organisation. So that, this
report is going to present various models, theories and and barriers who become hurdle in
conveying one's thoughts and ideas. Along with this, the methods are going to present in form of
verbal written followed by CV, email and leaflet.

Methods and style of oral communication:
Elevator pitch: In working into company, oral communication act as random scenario in
which speaker needs to make prompt conversation on the specific instruction of their boss. This
is called elevator pitch. Therefore, this oral way of communication ensure to check the skills of
speaker by giving own introduction.
Speeches: oral communication is a part of speeches, debates which are presented in all
level whether in university, politic or business(Adeyinka-Ojo, 2018 ). These speeches and
