The communication can allow the organization to take competitive advantage because of
involving more employees and managers for decision making (Flyverbom, Leonardi, Stohl, &
Stohl, 2016). The objective of this research is to find the association among the slack software as
well as outcomes of the organization. In this survey method is used by the researchers to collect
the information so that compete data will be collected about subject matter. Therefore, through
analyzing it is finds that slack software helps the organization to involve more employees and
enhance team work because slack software have option to connect with more people in the
organization. Researchers also describe that in slack software more employees can chat through
text messaging. As compared to other study this research provides information about the
outcomes achieved through slack software. This study is suitable for my topic because through
this one can understand the achievement of organization by adopting slack software.

The slack software provide option of instant messaging to the employees which further
provide various features to the user which includes private conversation and sharing file etc
(Macnamara, 2019). The main motive of conducting this research is to find the affects of slack
software on the profitability and sustainability of corporation. In this study secondary method is
used for gathering information that is data collected from previous literatures. Therefore the
findings revealed that slack software improve communication in the organization. Researchers
revealed that 50% of the efficiency increased by slack software because of using slack software
in creating the applications. In comparison to other research, the present study is focused on
providing data about the degree of influence sack software has on productivity. This study is
suitable for present study because his research provide accurate relationship among digital
software and profitability. The study describes that slack software can support the organization to
maintain good environment structure.

Digital communication is considered the approach which is adopted in the organization to
reduce misunderstanding and to motivate the employee so that good environment will be
maintained in the organization (Hansen & Sia, 2015). The aim of the research is to investigate
the connection between the slack software and functioning of the organization. The interview
method is used to take the opinions of all the employees regarding the application of slack
software. The analysis describes that digital communication is linked with organizational
activities because the overall profitability is depend on good understanding about the objective.
Slack software helps in providing complete information through text messaging and employee
can access it from anywhere as well as can share more number of files. The present study gives
proper information about connection of slack software in organization in comparison to other
study. This research is also appropriate for the research topic because in this opinions and
attitudes of the employees is taken into consideration for understanding connection.

the organization which is related to slack software. The information is taken through the
secondary sources which includes existing journals, websites and blog so that more information
is gathered about the application of slack software in organization. The analysis describes that it
increase transparency in the organization because of less mail and quick responses on timely
manner. It also supports the managers and employees to integrate with other productive
application. This study is better in comparison to other research because other researchers only
provide information about the link between both aspects. This research is important for my
current topic because through this I understand the influence of slack software in the functioning
of organization.
