Communication can be considered as the key to success which supports the positive and informed knowledge
about all the practices which occurred in an organisation.
This study will be based on the Sport Love whose working environment is lacking in communication that will
produce inefficient and inaccurate results of the company. This is an individual London based Sports and
leisure centre business who is not able to manage proper flow of communication within an organisation.
This report will help in identifying various communicational barriers that restricts the growth of the Sports
Love. It will also help in making clear understanding about development of new strategies that will support the
healthy organisational culture. The report will also focus towards the cultural influences of the company which
derives the negotiation in communication between the staff members of Sport Love.

Common challenges and barriers related with effective
communication within Sport Love
Business communication is the process of sharing information within the enterprise to carry out
the commercial practices within the Sport Love.
This can also be referred as the promotional aspects that helps the organisation in sharing the
information to promote the products and services in order to attract large number of potential
customers.
Business organisation deals with various different kinds of departments in order to produce the
common objective of the company. So communication within the staff members is also one of the
most important reason behind the growth and development of the organisation.
In Sport Love organisation there is a lack of interpersonal communication between the employees
which resulted in ineffective and inaccurate flow of information that delays the decision making
power of the firm.

Lack of communication leads to the miscommunication as sender may not be able to
receive the message in a way exactly in which the sender intended.
So it is very important that the communicator seeks the feedback in order to identify

communication barriers in Sport Live that restricts the growth of the company.
