Communication refers to act of conveying information
from one entity to another entity or a group with use of
mutually understood science, symbols and language. It
is often seen that there are a number of effective barriers
to communication.
It is often seen that there are a number of effective barriers to
communication. These barriers make it difficult for the receiver to
receive the message and decoded. Regardless of the type which is
used for communication such as verbal, non-verbal or written it is
often seen that communication is not effective and it can put
people into risk. Some of the barriers to communication are:
Dissatisfaction: It is often seen that if one is unhappy and lost
interest in their job they find it difficult to communicate as they
don’t want it. This barrier is a most difficult barrier to overcome
as it requires changing of psychological thinking of people.
Inability to listen to others: Active listening is one of the
important parts of communication and there are people who do
not have listening skills and only want to speak. This creates a
huge barrier in effective communication.
Lack of transparency: Trust is an important factor in order to
communicate properly. If someone believes that the speaker is
holding back they will be anxious and speculate the results
without even communicating or listening to the speaker properly.

their own communication style however not every listener
