Introduction
Business communication involves constant flow of information between people
working within and outside of an organization for the commercial benefit of the
organization There are several barriers to communications which can restrict
management as well as staff members to communicate with each other more
effectively. The present assignment is based on “The Bingham Hotel” located in
London which is currently facing communication issues amongst the staff.

Barriers to Communication..
Perceptual Barriers: The most common barrier faced by the staff is the
difference in opinion between of people.
Emotional Barriers: This is another main barrier of communication which
includes fear and mistrust.
