Introduction
Communication plays a significant role in case of developing good relationship between
the management and employees, which indirectly ensures the organizational productivity1. It is
true that communication with stakeholders can play an important role for attracting the
stakeholders towards funding in the organizational development process. The purpose of the
study is to focus on understanding the communication needs in the fitness industry. Highlighting
different communication theories and those effective implications in case of improving the
stakeholder communication processes have been described. At the end of the study,
recommendations have been provided which can ensure the better communication in the fitness
sector.
Overview of communication needs
In order to ensure the communication standard in the workplace, it is very important for
developing the code of conduct. In the first case, it has been mentioned that the first group
needs to focus on introducing effective code of conduct by making the collaboration with
government members. On the other hand, ensuring the positive workplace environment and
developing effective communication, collecting the feedbacks from gym owners, personal
trainers and exercise professionals2. This can help to ensure the ethical standard in the
workplace. It cannot be denied that ethical concerns have become common issue in every
business sector. In this situation, understanding the ethical and moral issues and it impact on
the workplace environment needs to be analyzed3. Through the proper interaction with the
stakeholders, it can be easier to understand the challenges faced by them in the workplace4.
