INTRODUCTION
The term business refers to a process that is operated by a group of persons or individual
to fulfil need of market for earning sufficient amount of profits. Business consultancy is
explained as an entity that works for delivery of professional services to clients for improving
their customer base and market base. The main motive of business consultancy organisation is to
increase overall productivity of organisation through delivering essential suggestion for its
customers. This report is written from perspective of Parents Paradise which operates their
business in education industry in which organisation provide education to children who belongs
to age group of 11. Moreover, the project consists of three different parts which is situational
analysis to understand all different situations in organisation. The another group relates with
problem identification for analysing possible options related with specific project. The last action
is a detailed action plan (McMillan and Weyers, 2012). Along with this for situational analysis
PESTLE, Porter’s five force model and SWOT analysis will be utilised to understand micro and
macro environment. In order to evaluate all possibilities Ansoff’s model is included in this
report. In the last, project discussion with understand of aim, objective and stakeholder analysis
will be focused in report.
Situational Analysis and Problem Identification
Situational analysis associated with evaluation of micro and macro aspects for an
organisation for understanding of work with clear identification and determination to understand
about clear capabilities and potential customers requirements. On other side, it also include to
improve operations and functions of organisation that secondarily impact on business
environment. In context of Parents paradise for proper analysis of different situation SOWT as
well as PESTLE is implemented and to generate generic results Porter’s five force model is also
included to identify and determine possible issue and problems which relates with current target
market (Maylor, 2010).
