Business consultant refers to a experienced one who have provide the suggestion and advice in a very
professional manner on a specific problem that includes security, accountancy, law, human resources,
finance, engineering, science etc and many more. This report is based on the London school of
science and technology that is established in privately managed college in the four campuses and in
an academic sector. This project helps in analyzing the problems that are faced by the college in
managing, organizing and staffing the experienced staff and the students and give some
recommendation to solve this problem. At last it explains the industry overview that is important to
know the competitors and their impact on the study of an organization.

market and the growing interest of an individual to adopts
and learn new things and because of this there are
increasing number of demand to the professional and skills
teachers in the colleges. In this LSST face the competition
with Kingston University London that also provide the
same services which the LSST provides to its professional
and the students and because of this issue institute face the
problem for attracting new professional and experienced
person as well as students in the academic.

It is very beneficial for the firm to attract number
of people or target audience to enhance or
increased its profitability and brand image in

applicant like skilled professional and the
bright students in the institute, it is the duty of
the HR officer to analyze and identify all the

for their college.
