Background
There are number of new ventures that are launching all around world and their unique
concept attracting large number of customers. It becomess important that concept of such project
must be distinguished and according to changing taste and trend of customers so that firm will be
able to stand in market. It becomess evident that analyses of market plays important role for
example: after COVID investing in restaurant in hospital is highly risk and hence organization
avoid such types of ventures. Entrepreneur concept highly catching attention of number of
people and hence a list of new ventures started which offers number of product as well as
services. Pandemic has highly affected human beings life and number of people have shifted
towards healthy life style. Organic product idea has attracted number of people which invested in
and hence able to target customers timely and increase profit share. There are list of organic
foods that gaining attention worldwide such as eggs, meat, vegetables, fruits etc. Science and
technology again help in developing such types of business for example: scientifically now
agriculture food can be obtained on time without affecting natural environment. Fertilizers and
chemical based products has increase number of disease in people such as cancer, diabetes, blood
pressure etc. and hence it becomess important for eating healthy diet to survive in world and

hence people shifted their taste and trend towards organic meals. It also conserve environment
for example: maintain fertility of soil and reduce water pollution which causes by chemical agro
wastes. Pandemic has given a lesson that harming nature create number of challenges for
upcoming generation. Sustainable development concept is another idea that has attracted number
of people and hence they are creating aim, objectives, vision etc. by focusing it and hence able to
gain large number of customer and work for longer time in market. Organic concept already
gains fame all around the world because of social media where number of bloggers, activist
sharing their opinion for effect of chemical food and hence creates a path for organic product.
Coherence/Justification
Business man has chosen this concept because pandemic has created multiple challenges
for other types of business such as Eco-friendly and other form of tourism concept has been
failed and it is important that new ideas which can easily attract people has to be launched by
owner. Investment in any venture may be risky at this stage but can help in gaining large market
share in future for example: organic product support sustainable business but it will take time to
adopt people for taste of it and making it trend for upcoming business. However, venture founder
has number of project that will help in gaining large number of people and increase market share
in time of globalization. It has taken organic product ideas which are influencing health
conscious people of Malta and it is very new concept which can support sustainable business of
firm. There are number of investors which can be attracted for these types of business and hence
increase profit share of firm. Changing business and pandemic has created number of
opportunities as well as challenges and hence right strategy can help me in gaining market as
well as prepare for upcoming issue. Supply chain management of new venture can becomes
effective by collaborating with number of small scales firm and hence organization will able to
target people in Malta on time and increase customer satisfaction level. Social media becomes
important tool in influencing people such as large number of citizens of country available on
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter etc. and hence promoting product as well as
services will be highly advantage for firm. It can also take help of number of bloggers on social
media sites which help in reaching customer on time and organic product value can easily
understand by them. There are number of media sites which publish articles related to healthy
lifestyle and using them for influencing people can support growth of organization for example:
