INTRODUCTION
The term business development planning is formulated when an organisation is focused
to introduce a new product or service with to achieve more growth within market. In simple
terms, business development plan outline strategies which leads an organisation to accomplish
sustainability in the future. Starbucks is selected to study and understand the operations of
business and the role of plan in an organisation (Wahyuni, 2019). Further, report highlights on
management practices and food service operation with use of performance review techniques. In
the last, management plan is also produced that focus on improving the performance of business.

In the present conditions of hypercompetitive food service space, average work as an
expiry or decease perspective that reduce the sale and work of foodservice brands. So
management practice performs an important role for Starbucks through helping management to
gain success among food market. Some effective practices are discussed as below:
Practice ‘habitual consistency’- Persistency gets an organisation to generate and review
all practices that leads management to gain top position in market. In the context of
business empowerment of employees refer the ability of solving problems. From the
perspective of Starbucks the major challenge is defined that generate review about ability
of solving problems. In simple terms, manager of Starbucks teach staff to perform their
role in organisation.
Focus on execution- Time management plays an important role and as per global
business operations (Virgin, 2016). It is also mandatory for Starbucks to complete task in
stipulated time period because delay in action will results switch of buyers towards other
organisation. Therefore, execution of management practices such as time management
perform an important role for completing task on priority basis.
Standard operating procedure- With the development among advanced control
techniques it is easy for management to open up towards possibilities of food process.
Starbucks is operating their business at global level so it is complex to monitor all batch
