 Expansion of the business is the great opportunity for the business
as it provides the growth in brand value as well as it increases the
trade and its reach in global market. The business which constantly
remains passive to the relevant changes in the atmosphere, is
destined to step by step termination in obscurity. In order to be a
successful business has not only to recognize various factors of the
environment but also respect and implement or have to manage
and influence them. To have a long term sustainability in market
the company must regularly analyse and monitor the atmosphere.

Company Overview
The company was founded by William
Morrison's in 1899, they started a
business by selling eggs and butter in
Rawson market, Bradford England. After
that they opened a small shop in City
centre. It was the first self service in UK.
The company opened its first
supermarket Victoria in the Bradford.

executives to general employees. In
simple words the structure applies to

discuss in above presentation about how organisational structure
helps business in achieving goals successfully. Also this is
discussed in above project about how organisational function
assist in making an effective functioning in company and its
