INTRODUCTION

is a real estate business which will going to serve various types of goods and services such as
residential land, commercial properties, industrial land and much more. This business is chosen
because it is seen that there is high scope to grow and to earn lucrative amount of profits for the
business. This line or sector is chosen because the value of land never decreases, but also rises
that will help the respective organisation to generate more amount of profits. The idea will be
based on serving goods and services in 3D printing way which is a new and innovative idea that
will create some uniqueness against other players in the market. 3D printing of building is
suitable for all kinds of properties (Mariani, Bartoloni and Morelli, 2019). For this business idea,
Patent will be used to secure and protect the knowledge. It helps in providing an exclusive right
for the invention or for the new business idea.
