INTRODUCTION
Business law can be defied as a law body that govern commerce and business and is often
considered as main branch of civil law and deal with issues related to both private and public law
(Sivani, 2019). Its main purpose is to maintain law, order, resolve dispute, establish generally
acceptable standards etc. this essay will lay emphasis upon roles of each the three main
government organs, specific performance remedy and court limitation, differences between
company and partnership.
QUESTION 1
(a)The Executive
The Executive organ is one of the main branches of UK government with responsibility
and authority of daily administration of the state. Their main role in government is to enforce
law. They are responsible for formulating and implementing policies so that administration of
country can be carried out easily the executive organ comprises of the Crown, prime minister and
their common house members. The executive organ is a source of certain types of law.
Whenever a breach of law take place, it is the primary responsibility of the executive i.e., to plug
breach and bring the offenders to the book
(b)The Judiciary
The Judiciary is another branch of government whose main role is to administer justice
within state or country according to the law. The Judiciary consist of courts, magistrates and
other who run the system (Begum, 2020). Their main role is to settle disputes and punish law
breakers according to the law. They are responsible for seeing both public and private law
through both criminal and civil courts so that all the controversies related to rights can be
resolved easily related to legal demand and enforcement. The judiciary organ of the government
is an independent body that do not overlap with other two bodies. Functions of judiciary is
completely different and independent from other two bodies. For this courts that come under the
judiciary branch are required to do justice to each and every individual on the basis of legislative
function by following court procedure. They can influence and interpret as well as apply
legislation but they cannot challenge validity of an Act of parliament. Judges are responsible for
common law development but parliament can overturn or modify these laws and can override
law made by judges.
(c)The Legislature
