In order to focus on the present report, it covers sources of law that are neededto comply with business. Furthermore, it includes role of the government and explanation ofstatutory and common law that could be applied in the court. In addition to this, it alsodetermines appropriate solution for the problem which can impact on the business. At last, itdiscusses recommendation for the legal solutions. Present report based on the case of ALEXADAMS who appeals for his conviction for attempted. On the ground of trial court it is violetedwith constitutional rights. There are no records of any written law and regulations that are essentiallyfollowed in UK. Legal procedures are also based on the past jurisdiction which is being derivedfrom the references of judgements. Penalties and pleadings are the different course of actionsthat are importantly solved and ascertained regarding civil cases and the criminal cases. Inaddition to this, parliament decides to make legislation which is followed in an efficient manner(Allen and Kraakman, 2016). Further, legal proceedings and the rules, regulations implementedin UK which look after the Royal court of law the legislation of in UK. Following are certaincommon legal structure in UK market:Civil laws: Civil laws include rules and regulations that are comprises in the cases that isrelated to the well-being of particular person and society.
