this has to manage in an appropriate way. Therefore, work will accomplish effectually and
appropriately (Pinto, 2015). Present assignment is based on Hotel Premier Inn, which is
providing products and services to customers effectively. This project is going to highlight
perspective and theory which are connected with leadership and management in relation to
environment. They will utilize various style of leadership to deal with any sort of circumstances.
Along with, many hypothesis aid to improve operational activities and team working. These all
going to highlighted in this project in reflective manner.

Difference between leadership and management
There are various persons who think that both management and leadership is same, but
there is numerous distinction amongst them. Being a manager, it is fundamental for to
comprehend between leadership and management; therefore, it can understand that how this will
get used in Premier Inn in an effective way (Shin and et. al., 2015). This will help to provide
motivation to each staff member who are working in organisation.

This is considered as an effective ability which
will possess by an individual so that he will
manage team effectually.
It is must to manage each things and activities
through proper coordination so that work will
get complete within limited time period.
Leader has to cater direction to his team
members; thus, they will done their task

Henceforth, there are many leadership theories, such as Democratic, Autocratic, situation,
whereas some management hypothesis, like trait, classic and so on. Being a manager, it is
