INTRODUCTIONManagement is essential for each level or department so that firm will be able to gainpositive result in an appropriate manner. It is must for manager and leader to solve issues timely;thus, work will get accomplished within set time span (Christopher, 2016). Present assignment isbased on Imperial Hotel which is providing their services in UK. Superior of organisation isusing democratic leadership style which help to improve involvement of workers in firm. Beforemodification at workplace, it is required for an employer to analyse organisational culture. Withassistance of SWOT investigation, an individual will be able to about their own strengths andweaknesses. PDP will be developed to know weak points and how to get rid from this.TASK 11.1 Compare different management stylesManagement is fundamental for each company; therefore, superior will easily controlentire working operations in an appropriate manner. With assistance of this, each staff memberwill maintain proper coordination so coveted targets can be attained within limited period of time(Laudon and Laudon, 2016).
