Mission The mission statement of Amazon is “We strive to offer our customers the
lowest possible prices, the best available selection, and the utmost
convenience.” The mission speech ensures eye-catching e – commerce
services for satisfying the requirements of their customers (Amazon). The
substantial factors of the mission statement are best selection, utmost
convenience and lowest Prices. The pricing strategy of the concerned
business always aims to decrease the prices of their products and services for
the customers. The addition of the service quality, product selection and
pricing strategy assists the organization to describe the tactical way of e-
commerce business.
Vision The vision statement of Amazon is “To be Earth’s most customer-centric
company, where customers can find and discover anything they might want
to buy online.” The vision statement is designed to describe the key aims of
the concerned business. The critical factors of the vision statement are widest
selection of the products, customer prioritization and global reach. The vision
statement is itself defines the global leadership in the e-commerce industry.
This statement indicates in continuing the efforts for broadening the product
mix under marketing mix approach (Aires et al.).

Strategic Plan In this plan the manager plan a direction which
should be followed by the organization to achieve
the business aim and objective. This strategic plan
gives an ultimate guidance to the concerned
business regarding the steps that should be taken to
develop the business (Huang, Zhao, and Morad
Benyoucef). The strategic plan of Amazon is
always prepared keeping the customers on the
priority list.

Tactical Plan The tactical moves are developed to enhance the
performance of the business. The tactical plan is
prepared to meet the daily target of the concerned
business. Tactical planning of Amazon deals with
