MAIN BODYDescription of the four factorsJob Performance Job performance is measured by the quality and quantity of work performed by theemployees their speed and accuracy by which the job is performed and the overall effectiveness.Job performance describes whether the person is promoted or rewarded according to itsperformance estimation (Myers, (2019).Organisational CitizenshipIt is the voluntary job behaviour employees perform to help its other co-workers andbenefits the organization. These behaviour helps in the smooth flow of business operation.(Burns & Dewhurst, (2016).AbsenteeismIt is the unscheduled absence from the work which may be due to health issue or anyother personal issue. This somehow directly affects the company’s productivity. An unscheduledleave from the work, let’s company to struggle for the replacement worker at last minute(Adekola & Sergi, (2016).TurnoverTurnover refers the number of employee’s leaving the organisation. Having a lowperformance and negative attitude towards work somehow directly affects the company’sturnover and the reason the employees leave.Example how each factor is managed. Job Performance To raise general mental ability SAS provides opportunities for their employees and allot them to work with more challenging projects which raises the employee’s abilities day by day and thus how this results in a great performance of the employees. SAS managers are involved with their employees in day-to-day works. They follow the egalitarian culture, in which they have a simple flat organisation structure. SAS enables its employees to work 35-hours a week, they also have a free access to their employees to recreation and fitness centre and also provide life counselling services to reduce their stress level. SAS conduct regular survey for employee satisfaction and plan perks and benefits for the employee which can gain more employee satisfactions1
