INTRODUCTION
It is very crucial for business to management its activities and task in accurate manner in
order to accomplish desired goals. Business management includes various practices of
organisation that should be management in successful and effective manner (Jena, 2020). This
consist of planning, supervising, analysing, executing of the business enterprise. Business
management is refer as the branch of education that is significant for providing understanding
and knowledge regarding management of business. It is important that organisation have
effective employee relation as it will lead to have major influence over behaviour of different
stakeholders. This report is based on Marks and Spencer company. This is public limited
company which is operating its business activities in different part of the world. Marks and
Spencer is very known British organisation that is dealing in retail sector. This organisation was
founded by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in year 1884. Head office of Marks and Spencer
is located in London, England, UK and it is providing its products and services to worldwide
market area. This report includes value or importance of employee relations. Different types of
rights, duties and obligation employee and employee has with in organisation is analysed.
Various mechanisms for managing employment relationships has been determined. In this report,
it has been determined that how stakeholder engagement or contribution to support positive
employment relationships. Apart from this, impact of both positive and negative employee
relations on different stakeholders has been analysed.
