INTRODUCTIONA well build business canvas model aid in streamlining planning, development andexecution across business (Joyce and Paquin, 2016). It helps in aligning business objectives andobliterating inconsistencies between the various people who contributes to business activities. Inaccordance with this context, the following report will be the reflection report on business canvasmodel build on Unifix by our group. Developing business canvas model is not an easy task aseach and every activity and stakeholder associated with it must be aligned appropriately andprecisely. The reflection will be on the process of developing the business canvas model and ourrole within it. In light of the reflection, the steps that will take to ensure a successful outcomewill be assessed in this assignment. Defining UniFixUniFix is the technology repair service provided to students by students. It is an in-houseuniversity programmes that allows for university students to gain work experience whilst onuniversity campus undertaking a degree. The brand will enable opportunity to expandprogramme to other universities. It helps in creating convenient location for technological repairfor students. The business objective of UniFix is to develop a university programme that allowsstudents of university to develop work experience skills through technology repair service totheir peers.Process of developing Business canvas modelAs I have stated earlier, developing business canvas model was not an easy task. In orderto develop the precise and appropriate business canvas model, we have divided the taskaccording to the group. Value proposition of UniFix was the responsibility of Barbara, makingcustomer relationship and designing customer segments was the duty of Alex, formulatingdistribution channels was the role done by Kadiye, formulating cost structure and revenue wasthe duty of Shahan, key partners was identified by Poupouchie, key activities and key resourceswas identified by Jamil and eventually conclusion was jotted by Barbara. While working in theteam, I gained an important lesson of collaboration and team work. Each and every member inthe group was coordinating accordingly and precisely which leads to the success of the businesscanvas model.
