Management is considered as a process that help in planning, organising the structure provide direction and controlling functions to smoothly run organisation successful manner. Therefore, the operation as well as management is considered as a systematic procedure that helps in handling daily activity in an appropriate manner. It also helps in increasing profit margin by reducing cost of manufacturing, selling or activity related to distribution(Choi, Chiu and Chan, 2016). In addition to this it is considered as a strategic tool that is adopted by manager of organisation to accomplish competitive edge over rivalries and Marketplace. Business operation as well as management is very important for company as its success is completely depending upon how effectively manager monitors and control their day to day activity. It is also necessary to analyse how effectively the coordinate every department that is completely depend upon one another. It is important to handle all activities that help in achieving goal or objective of company. It cover all part related to organising or conducting meeting, making effective 3
communication with its subordinate, training ,recruitment, adopt different marketing activities that help in running day-to-day activities in an appropriate manner. The administration of company focuses on operating their activities or functions of organisation across world. By implementing appropriate policy and procedure of company, it helps in optimum utilisation of resources that help in achieving goal in a timely manner. Therefore, the operation as well as management is considered as a systematic procedure that helps in handling daily activity in an appropriate manner. Main functions of business operations Every company is required to perform daily routine activity that helps in maintaining superior position at market place.
