INTRODUCTION
Leading and managing organization can be defined as a set of tasks which are intended to
manage organizational activities in order to make an entity thrive. The report would be
discussing challenges comes on the way while practising diversities among staff. At the end of
the report the usefulness and role of Scientific management would also be evaluated. For
fulfilment of the aim Sainsbury organization is going to be taken.

A diverse workplace help organizations in order to better understand by target
demographic and what process can move them. Also, a diverse workplace is related to betters
align ans company's culture by identifying the demographic or other factors. This is help for
increasing the customer satisfaction by improving how employees interacts with more diverse
public. It can be said that global is changing the marketplace in order to more focus on getting
the best way of competitive advantages by diversifying the workplaces in companies. Also, it is
matters only by bringing the benefits in business spheres as the brand management (Duchek,
Raetze and Scheuch, 2020). Then, this is also related client engagement and CSR in order to create
the additional value for company by attracting diverse professional which help to driven
innovation.
Diversity in the workplace regarding staff are help organization to maintain positive
cultures as well as it promotes the individuality within company by acknowledging every person
who can contribute with different, new ides and creative solution Also, it is motivating other
employees to be motivated in order to live with different background and experiences that can
bring together a variety of perspective by including different type of matter which is necessary to
increase the productivity and then it helps to deliver the results. Diversity played important role
in order to increase the retention of staff by improving productivity (Kaur, SahaY and Saini,
2020).
For example, Sainsbury hire candidate who are belongs to different background because
diversity within company help for building strong brand in order to make organization by more
interesting and desirable employer that can be related to diversified workforce organization gain
even good reputation and image which is seen having fair employment practices. Then, this is
related to workplace diversity which help to increase creativity in order to solve the problem.
