What: How was the process of self-reflecting on your background, strengths, and 1-2 year goals?
So
The process has really been very helpful because I have been able to make many improvements
to my current abilities. I have been able to make a record of my background and also the
different strengths and the weaknesses that were actually present in me. Apart from this, I have
also been able to set the goals that I will have to achieve in the coming years. Setting the
SMART goals has really been much essential as they have helped me to develop a clear agenda
that will be helping me in the coming recent years.
What: What are your biggest takeaways from the process? Now What: Where do you go from
here?`
The biggest takeaways from the process are that I will be able to get the timely feedbacks from
people and also be able to understand about the ways in which I must proceed. This has been
useful as I have learned to develop the SMART goals that are easily achievable within the right
point of time and also they will be helping me in my future years. The good part is that this has
enabled me to understand about the aspects that are needed in the professional fields. The
findings of Big F tests have enabled me to develop the SMART goals.
