questionnaire method does not used then investigator which signifies along with managing

ideas, situations and program. Instead of questionnaire, I can use interview method through
which I can easily analyse each respondents views and thoughts regarding specific products and
services. In depth interview, investigator need to provide detailed information from an individual
view points and analysing various issues which occurs within an organisation. This method assist
in conducting surveys and examination for understand each respondents thoughts and
perceptions about company as well as their products.

This report concluded that by using digital technologies work became easier and
effective. It plays vital roles to develop or improve the performance of the organisation. And
