From the study it has been evaluated that, The Molly Maid Company will use eco- friendly
cleaning services which is useful in providing environmental friendly services to the customers
which leads to higher operational growth and sustainability. The management has evaluated that
they should focus on developing inventory system and effective human resource approach like
contingency and Bureaucratic theory for better functioning and operations of the company.
Furthermore, this study also formulate plans to ensure that resources are maximised and remedial
actions taken where appropriate.

highlight on evaluating the current situation of the business. It will also demonstrate the Human

products. Molly Maid Company has been cleaning various houses across United Kingdom for
over 30 years. Molly Maid Company is considered to be as one of the leading cleaning company
which eventually tends to offer affordable and flexible range of bespoke services by being pocket
friendly. Molly Maid Company has expanded their cleaning services to Canada, United States,
Portugal, Japan and United Kingdom. The Molly Maid Company will also focus on using eco-
friendly cleaning services which helps in providing environmental friendly services to the
customers which leads to higher operational growth and sustainability. This business idea will
