Business idea is to sell Vegan and Healthy food and natural beverages on online platform to health
conscious customers. Business name is Nature’s Delight because it represents idea of the business and
creates positive image for business. Type of business that Nature’s Delight is Sole Trader and this has been
selected as it is easy to start sole trader business and owner can also maintain complete control over
business.

 To get attention in complete city within a year
 To become able to expand business within 2 years of starting
 To achieve 10% return on investment within 3 years
 To expand business in country over 5 years

1.3 Financial summary:
Financial goals for Nature’s Delight involve that at the end of the year business aims to achieve 5% return on
investment. Cash amount that we hope to have left at the end of the year is £5000. This is because cost of
starting business is not significant and potential profitability of business is very high. Potential cost for
starting business is likely to be £3000. Business is mainly based on online and this is why starting cost is not
very significant and main cost is involved in material required for products.

There are multiple reasons for starting and running own business and first is that I believe to have
potential for making a business successful. Another is that idea and plan for business was
developed by me and was completely feasible and viable. I also have required skills and
knowledge for starting Nature’s Delight. This is because I have worked on idea at individuals level
and it was successful. Starting own business is also a right choice because I will be able to use
knowledge and expertise for own business and will be able to exercise complete control over
decisions of the business.
2.2 Previous work
experience
In relation with experience I have worked with a business who sell online products and in relation
with product offerings I have worked on creating vegan food products and natural beverages at
individual level and they have been successfully created. On this basis of I have experience of
both parts of business.
2.3 Qualifications
and education Qualification for Diploma in business management is likely to be helpful for running business
along with knowledge of accounting.
2.4 Training Training that is likely to be helpful and supportive for running business is Entrepreneurial studies
or training. This helps in starting business and develops skills required for new knowledge and
skills. Training about latest technology and emerging business skills can be taken in future which
will help in staying updates with latest knowledge and skills. In addition to this, also help in
achieving different advantages for business.
2.5 Hobbies and
interests Reading news about latest developments in business field and experimenting about new things is
involved in hobbies and interest that can help in making business successful. This is because in
present times it has become important that businesses adapt to changes and developments for
becoming successful and retaining their competitive advantage.
