INTRODUCTION
The report aims to plan a business idea by analyzing the most required product demand in
the market. In today the competitive world, businesses are no longer all about traditional ways
and practice to satisfy customers’ needs (Henriques, Matos, and Jerónimo, 2022). It requires
proper market research about the customers’ needs and come up in an innovative way. Therefore,
the business idea needs to be relevant and accurate which attract customers to make it successful.
The reports will discuss about the new idea about opining up a Vegan restaurant i.e. “Vegan
Zone”. There will be internal and external market analysis the market situation in order to
promote business strategies.
TASK
Creative concept and reflective writing
This report emphasis on a Creative Concept which is used for launching a new business in the
market. The new ideas has brain from through focusing on healthiness and sustainability of the
society. The idea is generated through focusing on customer names which is more on delicious
food items to satisfy their hunger (Hanák, and Grežo, 2020). This could be done through
providing Vegan foods which are healthy for eating and give a nutritious taste that will be
delightful for everyone. The idea get brainstorm through searching market importance of vegan
food, the amount of nutrition and proteins, fruit flavors and other mineral sources which boost
immunity in a human body.
It has reflected that, I and my team members have put immense effort to brainstorm this
idea. We have been doing continuous research about the idea which grow our business in the
future time. Therefore I have developed this idea to lot vegan zone restaurant which will be a
healthier choice for customers to adopt in their lifestyle. We have came across with many
difficulties in finding the resources and setting out budgets but everything has gone smoothly and
we have created a successful business plan through identifying targeted audience and market
research.

Pestle analysis
Political: this factor emphasis on tax system, trade policies and terrorism of the country.
The vegan zone restaurant will have impact of UK brexit policy and Ukraine war will affect the
restaurant in UK which grade shortage of resources.
Environmental: this factor focus on the sustainability and environmental protection in
the country. the Vegas on restaurant will have positive impact as the company provide plant
based foods which saves wildlife and create awareness for recycling using and Healthy lifestyle
for people.
Social: the sector shows that the culture values and believes of customers needs to be
undertaken while carries out of business in UK (Inkon, 2019). The vegan zone restaurant will be
able to serve customers as per their needs. Also, Sell delicious as well as healthy food that will
satisfy consumer needs by researching market demands.
Technology factor: it shows that the company needs to involved in advance technology
like digital media computerization software’s and E-Commerce. UK is the developing country
where the technology is excessively rising so that the vegan zone restaurant has to invest in
technology to better create brand awareness.

The vegan zone restaurant will provide products and services in different varieties. The
main categories of companies menu will be breakfast, lunch and snacks which include the entire
vegan that is food prepared with plant based ingredients like nuts coconut oil and fresh
vegetables. All these ingredients are served in sandwiches pasta tofu comma vegetable rice
comma roll and packet food like chip and snacks are also prepared with nut and seeds.

and customer problems (Watson, and McGowan, 2018). The food will be sell through offline

Specific: the Vegan zone restaurant needs to set sustainability standards for overall management
in order to process food with greatest quality and minimum prices (Moro Visconti, 2019). That
goal is to earn 10% of profit in the first year of business.
Measurable: the result will be measured through comparing the performance of Vegan zone
restaurant through other competitors and may changes in the management system accordingly.
Attainable: the employees of the restaurant will follow each and every hygienic factor by
wearing gloves processing food in front of eyes of the customers which make them believe
towards the sustainability the restaurant follow in terms of serving healthy food.
Relevant: the objective is relevant as it is the most inspiring factor which attracts customers
towards the restaurant and it will help in growing sales and profitability.

It is the first step of Management which requires planning of all the activities that are
