• It is renowned and is successful in terms of running the largest chain in
UK that has led to showcase its creative perspective, all over the world.

MARKET NEED
• Recently, in UK, a wide range of Tourists have been found to prefer food that depicts
healthy choice.
• In this context, it has been seen that a high demand of such restaurants providing healthy
food options have occurred.
• In order to deal with such changed market demand, Costa has undertaken a thorough
market research to find out what exactly is required to be proposed for such customers.
• In light to it, a high existence of Vegan customers have been found in UK.
• However, there are very less number of restaurant providing Vegan food products.
• As a result, it is proven to be a creative as well as a new idea for Costa to target
customers who are such environmental as well as health conscious.
