INTRODUCTION The study is based upon the reflection in which the entire experience are shared. The report will also assist to determine the personal fitness for a business environment and for that Gibbs model of reflection is used in which all stages are considered through which proper experience, along with strength and weakness are determine. The study will also help to explain whether an individual is fit for a business environment or not. MAIN BODY Reflection by using Gibbs model With the help of reflection model, an individual share their experience and learning and proper conclusion is also drawn that assist to take further action in future. Moreover, all the six stages need to be considered in order to generate the best results and these are as mention below: Description:In this tough competitive era, every individual needs to possess all the skills which help to meet the define aim. In the same way, I also analyze have range of skills but there are some weaknesses which needs to be improved. For example, during my career I also preform range of presentation which shows that I have a good presentation skills. On the other side, after my academic career an individual should possess good interpersonal skills that assist to improve the results (Cahusac de Caux and et.al., 2017). Hence, this in turn assist me to attain the define goal and also takes a business in further level of success. Feeling:In starting days, I did not sure which skills are consider as a strength and weakness and that is why, I sometimes feel low because if I do not possess strong abilities then it will affect the results i.e. future path. On the other side, whenever I took participate in any activity, I feel motivated and excited because it directly help me to improve my knowledge and skills. Also, I did not know what other people think, but I always prefer to take new task so that it help me to improve my learning and this in turn increases the overall skills which will be used in future. Evaluation:Through my experience, I evaluated both positive and negative key aspects. Such that the good experience is the range of skills which I learn throughout the experience (Stewart, 2019). For example, I evaluate that I improve the communication skills i.e. verbal and written. This is so because whenever I perform presentation I always prefer to communicate the PPT in front of people and this in turn improve my verbal skills in academic
context. On the other side, in business in every formal and informal meetings, I always present my thoughts clearly in favor of a firm. In addition to this, I also have a strong team working abilities and I always prefer to work in a team. It is so because I always share my views and working with collaboration will definitely leads to provide best outcomes. It is more preferable in business context like, to meet the define aim for a specific tenure manager prefer to work in a team. Therefore, I used to complete the task in the teamwork and that is why, it will help to meet the specific task. In addition to this, evaluate that I possess information and communication skills, though I present many work by using advance technology. I possess moderate skills and earlier I improve the same by making projects in Microsoft that helps me to develop the skill up to some extent (Jordan and Bak, 2016). On the other side, I do not manage the work as per the define time and that is why, I think I do not have efficient time management skills. In business perspective, I have to perform lots of work but due to not having effective time management skills I do not manage the work as per the define tenure. Whereas, I have a strong numeracy skills and this is developed during my school time. Also, I have a strong ability to understand the budget and financial issues. In every business, there is a fluctuation in the financial statement and to solve the same, a person must possesses strong ability that helps to meet the define aim. Moreover, I also evaluate that I have a good interpersonal skills because I easily interact with others and share my views in order to communicate and listen them well. Also, sin the business world, it is required skills which means that employee’s ability to work effectively with others. Hence, during my old days, I always prefer to work with other members in order to increase learning (Ho and et.al., 2017). Further, I evaluated that even I was working in a team but I also have a strong problem solving skills which in turn manage the work and increase the overall performance. Also, I make sure that working in a team may also increases the conflicts and at that time, there is a need to solve the problem which is possible only by having effective problem solving skills. Analysis:Through the overall experience I analyzed that I have an ability to manage the work by working in a team and also solve their issues as well. But on the other side, I also analyzed that I should improve my ICT skills because in this era of modernization, every company is implementing range of advance technology in order to improve the operations. In this time, if I do not possess strong ICT skills then it will affect my career (Kirchner and

Hence, there is a need to improve the same because it will affect the results in future. Apart from this, through the personal evaluation I also analyzed that having a strong interpersonal skill will assist me to influence the others easily and this in turn help to meet the define task in the specific time period. Moreover, I further analyzed through effective team working skills, I always grab many opportunities and complete the task in better manner. Hence, it can be stated that through effective skills, I think I am fit for a business environment but on the other side, there are some abilities which needs to be improved and for that it will help in future as well (Körkkö, Kyrö-Ämmälä and Turunen, 2016). Overall, the experience is good and it also assist me to grab many opportunities which directly help to attain the career objectives too. Conclusion:Through the above experience, I concluded that I learn many things and improve range of skills which in turn assist me to grab future opportunities. Further I concluded that different skills are consider as a strength such that Communication skills, team work skills, interpersonal skills and numeracy skills and problem solving skills. On the other side, I also concluded that there are some weakness which need to be improved because it somehow affect the overall performance in near future. Overall, it is concluded that with the help of effective strength (skills), I am able to meet the define aim in future. Action Plan:through evaluation I examine that there is a need to improve the skills i.e. for time management, I start making a list of priority of a work which help to analyze the importance of work and this in turn help me to manage the time as per the time. Also, in order to improve the time management, I start watching videos that helps me to manage the work accordingly and this in turn improve the time along with work. In addition to this for improving ICT, I start apply for an online class which in turn improve the results and understand the things in better manner. During online session, I start performing well and learn new things in order to make the entire process through online. However, on the other side, I also analyzed that this online session will assist me to improve the results and start performing the work with the help of advance technology. I make sure that the tenure of online classes is within 6 months so that I gain expertise and this is somehow improve the results up to some level.
Further, the tenure for improving time management skills should be lies between 4 to 5 weeks so that it will not cause any negative impact upon my career. Also both ICT and Time management skills needs to be improved because they plays an important role in the success of a career. That is why, I need to work on it, otherwise my strengths will be useless and as a result, I do not attain my set target. CONCLUSION By summing up above report it has been concluded that there are range of skills which an individual should possesses so that they attain the set target of their career. Like, the studyevaluatedthattobecomeapersonalfitforabusinessenvironment,ICT, communication,teamworking,numeracy,timemanagementplaysacrucialroleand individual should also possess the same as well.
