INTRODUCTION
Business practices are the activities which is implemented by the particular organisation in
respect to enhance their services and the profitability through constant efforts and hard-work. It
is the evaluation of the skills which is required by the organisation in respect to grab the
opportunities which is helpful in achieving desired goals. This consists the multiple activities
from the manufacturing of the products to the making promotion and selling goods and services.
Different organisation have different areas of working some organisation works in their products
for enhancing business practices while others make improvement in their services to enhance the
business practice. The report is being made in the context of hosting an event of freshers party at
the Metro Bar, Luton Campus, University of Bedfordshire(Allen, 2021) . The aim of this report
is to highlight the marketing strategies related to freshers party with the human resource
requirement and their working. This report also evaluates the financial details and the cost
involved in hosting an event.
TASK
Implementation of the marketing mix in the marketing strategies of the Metro Bar,
Luton Campus.
Marketing mix is the matrix which is implemented by the organisations and companies in
respect to attract the general public to buy the product and services from the particular company.
This comprises 4Ps that are product, price, promotions and the place. When hosting an event for
at the metro bar uses various parameters. These hosting events are helping the people in
developing a festival, sporting event, helps in other promotional activities which generate the
right message to people in the best possible ways (Bowie, 2020) . The application of the
marketing mix in the context of Metro Bar, Luton Campus, University of Bedfordshire in
hosting a freshers party are discussed below:
Product- It is well known that the for the event hosting company or organisation the
event is the product. Metro Bar must enhance the place in accordance to the needs and
the expectation of the people which attract more and more people there. This includes all
the activities related to an event such as in event activities , after event activities, event
