The study recommends strategic employee planning, performance management, learning & development, career development, succession planning, etc. to retain employees. It also recommends creating a positive working culture based on values like respect, integrity, and higher compliance with ethical practices to reduce costs. The study concludes that these solutions can help TESCO achieve higher profitability and stability.
