The four papers cover topics on: a) root cause analyse, b) process simulation, and c) BPM development and implementation. Go through each paper, and summarise the main three conclusions pertaining to the relevant topic as indicated in the table below. The conclusions need to be yours not necessarily the conclusions that are set in the paper (i.e. what do you make out of this paper).For each conclusion drawn above, explain what would be the practical implications of such conclusion; i.e. as manager or practitioner, how would you benefit from this particular lesson in analysing, innovating, or developing/implementing BPM solutionsin any given private or public organisation.
