The four papers cover topics on: a) root causeanalyse, b) process simulation, and c) BPM development and implementation.Go through each paper, and summarise the mainthreeconclusions pertaining to therelevant topic as indicated in the table below. The conclusions need to be yours notnecessarily the conclusions that are set in the paper (i.e. what do you make out ofthis paper).For each conclusion drawn above, explain what would be the practical implicationsof such conclusion; i.e. as manager or practitioner, how would you benefit from thisparticular lesson in analysing, innovating, or developing/implementing BPM solutionsin any given private or public organisation.
