Introduction
Business Process Modeling (BPM) is a new technique for mapping of various
business processes using software and other tools. In addition, the authors have
described about the BPM and Its management into contemporary organizations.
There are various factors of BPM, which make huge impacts on the business
functions of a contemporary organization. This article has used case study for
finding various issues and challenges in front of contemporary organizations and
the relationship between BPM and IT management. There are some huge impacts of
IT alignment on business strategies1.
There are many good impacts of IT management on contemporary
organizations because of BPM. This article has proposed a relationship between IT
management and BPM as well as horizontal integration of two business functions,
which are IT alignment, and operational business. The authors have if IT alignment
is necessary to strategic and operational business.
Review of article
The article was based on BPM and IT management. It has proposed
integration between business strategies, which are used to enable strategies and
operational business and IT alignment in contemporary organizations. The authors
have provided a strong impact of BPM and IT management on business functions of
a contemporary organization. In addition, business governance and IT governance
are important for the growth of the organization. There are many advantages of
business processes in the profit and revenue of a contemporary organization2.
BPM is the analytical representation or example of an agency’s enterprise
tactics and it together with business system discovery; technique modeling is
extensively viewed as a critical element in successful enterprise method control
(BPM). It is far used to map out an agency’s modern methods to create a baseline
for method upgrades and to design future strategies with the one's improvements
incorporated. BPM Notation (BPMN), a trendy technique of illustrating approaches
