In this report we are going to prepare vision mission and target market for their business. Use training and selection process to improve their business. Part 2 Identification and justification Introduction to organization Hilton is one of leading hotel all over the globe. Due to their quality services Hotel is able to engage customers easily(Kannan, D., 2018). Hilton have around 586 hotel all over the world with 215,623 rooms. Providing their services around 85 countries. Hotel provide WiFi, digital check in and mobile app to order food and book rooms according to guests requirement. Identification of mission, strategy and target market. Mission Hilton mission is to become a leading hotel in hospitality industry and for that hotel need to provide lifelong experience to their guests. To develop themselves at an leading level hotel need to grab opportunities for their business. To attract more customers as compare to their competitors improve their overall appearance in market. Strategy Hilton use growth strategy to achieve its objectives. To grow business hotel analyze their competitors. Develop overall presence by marketing over social media because large number of people are online nowadays. To Grow their business hotel need to prepare pricing strategy to make their services affordable for customers. Growth of hotel largely depends on teamwork between employees. Target market Target market help hotel Hilton to achieve their goals and objectives. Hilton target market is professionals between age of 26 to 30 and high income level customers because they
are able to afford their services. And attracted towards luxury lifestyle are one of the target customers of Hilton. Training help to improve abilities of employees which help in achievement of organizations goals. In context of Hotel Hilton training of employees require for smooth working of their business.
