and Szafarz, 2015). Core transitions initiatives contribute to the dream execution are: WN
purchase, outsourcing assembly, digital technology and technological development. They
concentrate on taking about structural transition in order to gain huge demand, reduce cost,
successful long term growth etc.
Identification and critical analyse of key issues
Every enterprise needed to address issues and obstacles throughout the time frame to run
effective business operation at a world level. Company management creates a comprehensive

desired time period (Cunningham, Salomone and Wielgus, 2015). The SB department will be
agile in order to deal with the company organization's complex circumstances. As well as this, if
the political situation is secure maybe at a low production cost they will fulfil the changing
consumer specifications.
Manufacturing outsourcing or in house: The business SB has expanded its industrial base
in Far East as a consequence of cost emphasis and support of established foreign operations, and
they have been met with quality problems so they intend to run in their own region. Often,
project management transition is not adequately matched with the business priorities because
