When it comes to running a business in a country where finding a suitable environment or
facilities to create a company or working on any project is pretty hard to imagine but still when
there is no opportunities, suitable environment or the needed facilities available there is a whole
adventure can be created or be built by a man of significant factual mindset and having an
ultimate approach regarding the clear future, future of ease and providing opportunities and
facilities to others who want to grow.
Having a look like this in the professional environment you would find a lot to share and to
research about out of which you will find something you can manage to participate or at least
discuss with your peers or your work institute.
Domino's Pizza, Inc. was founded in 1960 by CEO Richard Allison. It has an IFTTT app for iOS
and Android. The company is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, at the Domino's Farms Office
Park. It had almost 15,000 stores in 2018, with 5,649 in the US, 1,232 in India, and 1,094 in the
UK. Domino's is operating in 83 countries and 5,701 cities which includes Pakistan. (Wikipedia ,
2021)
Objectives
The digitalization process is the most important thing to have systematic growth in any
organization. Its important to frame the activities accordingly because without digitalization
business cannot process its activities. The objectives of the company are described as:
 Using digital technology to create a more structured learning programme in the
organization.
 Demonstrating digital technology in the workplace
 Properly suggest possible recommendations for enhancing technological capabilities via
digitalization.
Every business has a specific set of goals that it must meet in order to survive in the modern
world of business. When used in this way, a project can help a business achieve its objectives
quickly and efficiently. In today's world, it is widely accepted that education is the most
powerful weapon for survival. In the end, education has the power to transform the lives of those
who receive it. Projects shape every level of learning. Having a singular goal can help a company
rise above the rest. Project making has been transformed by the use of digital technologies.

Scope:
As this project is not just a documentation this is the whole empire to be discussed in few words,
as Domino’s has covered so many lives needing real life projects to take over and provided so
much each in many of the life aspects.
This Project will cover the basic aspects and the management plan for the Domino’s and some of
the related companies being run by some significant conglomerates in Pakistan and also, we’ll
discuss the obstacles and short premises faced by these ventures being in this country and what
are the national or international constraints they are facing while operating.
Approaches that focus on the customer are:
As an organization, Domino’s tries to solve problems in different manners when looking at the
whole. This is due to the fact that each client's problem is unique, and they won't all call at the
same time. As a result, the Organization is looking for new ways to address its current and future
challenges.
New services such as answering customer phone calls are being developed by our collective
team. Installation, broadband contrast, and other issues can lead to calls. Giving them a personal
solution to any problem is one way of doing this. As a result, we're always available to help.
In order to find solutions to product problems, we use after-manufacture services. Then they look
for similar services provided by other companies around the world and investigate ways to
improve the service they provide for customers. (project managers, 2021)
The project management team gathers to discuss the progress of the organization.
Milestones include:
Quality: The organization ensures high-quality customer service.
Price: Prices are reasonable so that all Domino’s customers can afford or provide them services.
Completion: It is important to note that the team completes each project on time and within
budget.

In addition, the project management plan includes:
Cost: In order to keep costs down, each department must only use the funds it has received. The
reason for this is to prevent budgets from being misused. It also helps in lowering the company's
finances. If the project management team at Domino’s is to complete the project on time, they
must know how much they can spend. There are a variety of ways in which the cost of a plan is

defined. The team's feasibility study is also relevant here. Determine how much money the team
can spend and where it is most needed.
Economic: the team must be aware of current market rates in order to properly price their
services.
Technical: the organization's technology needs vary by department because all the departments
need technical support.
Operational: the organization's operations should be considered because a project team will
know what is required in the organization and what their goals are.
Schedule: Based on profits, the team needs to know how much time they have available for this
service to customers.
Scope: All project functions are connected by the concept of "scope," which is used in project
management. Finance, time periods, budgets, and many other topics.
According to the project management team at Domino’s, we want to gather the functions in order
to determine which teams and functions are required for what durations. The team can also get a
sense of the project's potential scope by looking at its scope. One of the most important aspects
of scope management is its universality. Scope management takes into account time. As a result,
everyone on the team is able to stay on schedule for the project's completion. The price is linked
to the feasibility study conducted by the project team. They make it a priority to provide the
highest level of service to each and every customer.
Time: Every department within the organization must present their work results. Each
participant is given a time frame to report their results and what progress they have made. We
follow the DOMINO’S project management team's timetable. The final product has a long time
period. It's important to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. This is vital
because the team needs to know who is involved and how much time each function or
department will require.
Quality: The organization ensures that the products or services created are of high quality so that
the customer is not inconvenienced and can get the most out of the product or service. The
project team ensures that the DOMINO’S services are of high quality so that our customers are
not dissatisfied with our services. The project team's quality can be a factor. The team must be of
high quality. To be a collaborative team, they need good communication skills and other factors.
In order for the team to work together, they must know each other's work and to share ideas to
speed up the work.
Communication: In a project management team, effective communication is essential. This
factor will help the team do the right thing in the right way and provide the best service possible
to their customers. DOMINO’S's project management team ensures that all departments can

communicate effectively. Communication between departments is essential. In order to make it
easier for all employees to work together. When employees aren't familiar with each other, it can
be difficult to work together. Employees and members of a team must communicate effectively
if they are to get to know one another.
Risk: Risk management is also a big part of management to take care for or otherwise the
company will get fire in the very next moment if you were unable to put the little risk analysis
before that. Risk is also a very sensitive matter when your service is getting delivered to a
significant group and you know there is no chance you could take to emerge something in
between so you need a system who truly detects the way to success and productivity.
Resources: An organization's resources include money, people, machines, and so on. A project
management team must understand and be able to effectively manage its resources. Our
customers, employees, and services are all resources that help us connect with the DOMINO’S
management team. As a result, we must be able to handle any situation that comes our way.
Equipment can be one of our most valuable assets. Individuals who play a role in the success of
the company should understand their roles and how to work together effectively. (Bplans, 2021)
The project management team anticipates and plans for these variables. Organizers
save time. Planned activities help each department know what to do and when to do it, allowing
the project to run smoothly. Now the project management team can get to work. Research is the
first step in preparing for a task. The management team must brainstorm ideas and methods to
start and finish the project. The next step is to set up a budget and a timeline. Project
management plans should include PRINCE2 factors. Projects can be completed safely and
efficiently. The team must consider several factors. The project manager must manage budgets,
schedules, and deadlines. (Bplans, 2021)
Gantt Chart
New projects are shown on the Gantt chart by their start dates. We can use this chart to figure out
what we need to do and when we need to do it.

As we can see from this chart that the first two weeks of April are critical planning weeks for our
project team. Concurrently, the study's researchers will be hard at work gathering information for
the study's findings. In the second week of April, we conduct a service market study. On the 3rd
and 4th of April, the service will be created and implemented within the organization. Prior to
releasing it to the general public, we're tasked with using the service and discovering any issues
that may arise. In the seventh week, the final service is held. This is the last thing we need. This
is followed by a meeting with the CEO in the eighth week to get their approval. Customers must
then be informed of what services they can expect from the organization. In order to gauge
interest in the service, sales will be heaviest in week 9 and week 10. Customers provide feedback
to the company in the eleventh and twelfth weeks. If we want to keep adding new features and
providing excellent customer service, we need to understand the needs of the growing user base.
Each member of the team is given an update on the status of the service once a week at a team

A successful project is made up of these three stages. With the CEO of the organization's input,
we started the project and devised new methods to finish it. The chart then depicts the stages of
planning, implementation, control, and closing.

Work breakdown structure
Data can be collected in many ways, both quantitative and qualitative.
Qualitative research:
Qualitative research can help identify issues' causes, perceptions, and reasons. It also helps
generate study hypotheses by describing the problems. It can also reveal underlying attitudes and
ideas. All of these are part of the procedure.
Interview: The interviewer asks questions during an interview. It can be semi-structured or
unstructured at any time. An interview can be done in person or through webcam. You may do a
phone interview without making eye contact.
Focus group: Interviewing people about their opinions on a product or service is a form of focus
group research. A different set of researchers researched the same subject.

Observations: Other individuals can observe and monitor methods and acts, which are called
observations. Instrumental data is part of this.
Quantitative research:
It is used to measure the size of a problem by converting numerical data into numbers. Using
recognized factors, this study quantifies actions, attitudes, and views. It also extrapolates the
findings of a sample to a larger population. In contrast to qualitative data, it is pre-formatted and
arranged. Surveys, interviews, and other secondary data can all be accessed online.
Secondary data: Without the user's knowledge, data is collected as secondary data. The Census,
government departments, and records can give the data. In addition to saving, you time,
secondary data provides a far larger and more accurate database.
Surveys via online mode: surveys via the internet or mail can be conducted via online surveys.
It could be face-to-face or over the phone. Using this poll, Dominos can conduct research at no
cost. Surveys can be conducted quickly and easily by the manager.
Interviews on telephone: It is possible to conduct an interview over the phone without speaking
to the other person. They ask inquiries over the phone or via email. (BMC, 2020)

Research and data using appropriate tools and techniques
A suitable instrument was used to analyze quantitative and qualitative data. The study's findings
are presented here.
Analysis of survey
Domino’s can perform a survey similar to the one seen above. They examine how technology
affects the organization. According to this graph, over 60% of individuals polled were satisfied
with the organization's use of technology. Nearly two-thirds of respondents feel it has little
impact on organization. Around 8% of those polled felt technology does not play a larger role in
organizational operations. Technology is required because it helps Domino’s to maintain track of
its concerns and issues. Thanks to technological advancements, Domino’s can provide more
options to the customers and employees.

Recommendations
 Efforts should be made to shorten target completion time.
 Regular data correctness and validity checks are essential.
 It is critical to have adequate resources and to use them effectively.
 There should be a team of experts working with the new technology.
Reflection of the analysis
The project manager's primary purpose is to evaluate the positive and negative effects of digital
technology. Tools and methods utilized to boost productivity are also taken into account. As
technology improves, Domino’s faces a variety of challenges and threats. Time, money, and
confidence. They use cloud computing and other cutting-edge technology. It helps achieve
economies of scale and harmony with the public good.
The project management plan lays out the entire process, from beginning to end, in detail. It is
necessary to understand this process in order to gain experience in a certain field. The
management can assess the information's advantages and disadvantages through the use of
research. They are aware of the dangers and difficulties that Domino’s faces. The researcher has
the ability to collect both qualitative and quantitative data. Graphs and diagrams can be used to
represent this information.
To gather data, a researcher must rely on sources that are reliable and trustworthy. It enhances
the sources of knowledge that can be relied upon to make decisions based on past experience. It
is imperative that the data is analyzed appropriately and effectively by the management.
Performance Review Report
 This project is supposed to accomplish the insights of digital workplace transformation in terms
of adapting new agendas towards more efficient productivity.
 And Yes the project was succeeded in its aim as this project was concerned with myself than the
for the documentation, and I have got a lot of significant experience from the business
environment and manual meet-up with the operations managers.
 At the first stage I was thinking and expecting not good enough results as the project was to visit
the workplace and analysis it to get its perception, but in the middle things got easy and
everything went fine and well.
 The biggest challenge for the company was to tackle the global pandemic which they tackled by
imposing the strict sops on their employees and the environment also.
 I learnt the most significant key skills to analyze the environment on first check and how to adapt
anything and at what extent.
 As a project manager I would rate myself around 7 out of 10 because some extent I feel
uncontrolled at the time of mutual pressure but anyhow things get done at the end.

 The strength of my project is that it is the personal analysis, and the weakness of my project is
that this based on some less statistical content.
 If I would support, my continuous professional development I will prefer not to be to stuck at
some point but always look for the resolution.
