with 100% requirements of each of the project stakeholders. It is required to determine
each of the stakeholder’s aspects and their requirements to implement the system.
Therefore, each of the staff’s decisions are to be taken into mind while implementing the
healthcare system. It is recommended to take opinions of staffs and their cooperation to
make sure that EHR system should work efficiently.
Training of the staffs: It is recommended that the company should not rush for the
implementation of EHR system while they should train their staffs regarding how to
handle this new healthcare system. Training session should be conducted for the non-

procedure to make sure about correctness as well as competence of EHR system
