INTRODUCTION
Analysis of the company
Philips financial service is the consulting firm which is the sole proprietor organization
which offers accounting, tax, business advisory and self management services. There are several
functions of firms that are carry out by CEO, marketing manager and Chief Financial Officer
(CFO). In addition to this, the firm is rapidly growing but has various issues within the
management of staff of business. Additionally, these issues resulted in low morale, stressed and
bullying culture within the organization.
Analysis of industry
A rise in the financial service firm result in economy development of the country. There
are several challenges in the industry that can affect individual firm progress along with its
overall industry performance (Hayashi, Li and Wang, 2017). In addition to this, the challenges
that can influence performance includes throat cut competition, finding tax within specified time,
providing suitable financial advice, employee retention, complying with government complex
rules, etc. Further, these issues divert the company's attention from proper governance of
employees that reduces productivity of staff. Additionally, it declines company's efficiency of
working and profitability that result into less impelling performance.
Proposal
The current proposal will address suitable organization structure for Phillips financial
service that can enhance its growth. In addition to this, present report will evaluate existing
organizationals culture. Furthermore, particular report will describe the importance of leadership
style in influencing company working culture. Additionally, it will give emphasis on strategies
for creation of positive and ethical working environment within the firm. Further, the present
report will identify causes for bullying workplace along with plan of action to implement
bullying programs.
Organizational structure
There are several organization structure that company adopt according to its suitability.
The big company like KPMG use the combination of hierarchy and functional structure (Gallotti,
Bertagnolli and De Domenico, 2021). In addition to this, it allows business to follow a proper
hierarchy for flow of communication within the different departments of business. For this
