Thisresearch study shall help Woolworths manage diversity by making it a top priority for themanagement. This research study shall look at the work practices of the employees to makeperceptions about how Woolworths value diversity.Researchers have found that diversity can have both good and negative effects.According to Okro and Washington (2012), the organizations create products for diversecustomers while ensuring there are benefits for diverse employees and other stakeholders.Therefore, there is a need to understand the importance of workforce diversity in achievingorganizational objectives (Lu, Chen, Huang, & Chien, 2015).
