Evaluating the effectiveness and usefulness of the learning experience In the process of completing the assignments during the module, I was able to gain significant learning experiences, due to the extensive researches, discussions with colleagues and lectures in classrooms. Such experiences were important in developing my understanding of the course objectives and to comprehend the significant of the modules. A. My opinion about the learning experience: In my opinion, the learning experience was very effective in the development of my understanding of effective business strategies. While conducting the research for assignment 2, I was able to study, learn and understand the business model of Honda Motor Company, which is one of the most successful brands in the Automobile industry. In the assignment I was able to identify certain challenges and flaws faced by the organization, addressing which it would be possible for the organization to develop further. This study provided key insights on how business strategies can be improved and challenges that can be faced by the management. B. What is the value of the experience? This experience was extremely valuable for me, as I was able to understand the potential problems that can be faced by the management of an organization, and identify strategies to mitigate them. These insights can be utilized in any other businesses, to ensure a smoother functioning of the system as well as improve the preparedness for any business relatedchallenge.Theexperiencescanbeusefultoimprovetheperformanceofan organization and employ effective management skills, integrating the best practice from studies to real world scenarios. I believe such knowledge will allow more efficient decision making and effective management system.

How the learning experience has been useful to me: The knowledge acquired in the duration of the module and especially while preparing the assignments, has permeated through various domains of my professional and personal life. These domains include the course, program, future career and life in general. Here is how the learning experiences have affected these domains. Course: I was able to better understand the knowledge disseminated in the course and understandthelearningobjectivesthroughtheexperiencesgatheredbypreparingthe assignments. I was fully able to realize the importance of learning the business strategies to ensure optimal performance of an organization and thus comprehend the importance of the learning outcomes in the course module. Program: I was able to follow the program more efficiently because of the learning experiences gathered from the studies. This later contributed in my successful completion of the program, develops an understanding on all the learning objectives thoroughly. I believe my success in the program was significantly improved by the learning experiences. Future Career: I feel confident that I would be able to utilize these knowledge and skills acquired from the completion of the module in the development of my future career, working as a manager of an organization. I would be able to assess key factors that can affect the performance of an organization such asmarket demand, the public reputation of the business, the employees’ performance, the productivity of the business. This can help to function as a more efficient and effective manager.

Competing with other organizations producing the same products gaining a competitive advantage for the organization. 3. Need for modern technology to ensure better and quicker product delivery, and also ensuring quality of the products. 4. Importance of good market reputation and good relationship with the customers, which can be done through social media platforms. 5. Efficient customer service provided through toll free helpline that can allow the customers to share their opinions and feedbacks. 6. Focusing on the employee satisfaction, which can help to ensure that the workers are happy and their concerns are addressed by the management. 7. Productivity. 8. Strengthening supply chain system. 9. Committed and ambitious Human Resource Management.
5Business Research Researching on Honda Motors, I was able to identify several aspects where the organization has fared well while other aspects which the organization can give more focus on to ensure further growth of the organization. 4. Evaluation of what was learnt: Through the research I was able to learn 9 key aspects, which have been mentioned above which can help an organization to perform better, or can challenge the business performance. These aspects are pivotal to ensure the smooth operation in any organization and have significantly helped to inform and strengthen my overall learning process and learningoutcomes.Theimportanceofmarketdemandcanbeattributedbyabetter understanding of a product would perform in a market, in the context of the demand it is from consumers and the competition in that sector (Drucker, 2017). Overcoming competition is also an important factor which allows an organization to thrive even in the presence of competitors, creating its own niche and dedicated customer base (Proff & Fojcik, 2015). Using modern technology it can be possible to further improvise the operational performance, increasing productivity through better technology (Nicholas & Steyn, 2017). A good market reputation is also important for an organization, as it helps to develop faith and trust on a brand, and hence attract dedicated customer base (Elfenbein et al., 2015). An efficient customer service can also improve the perceptions of the customer, and create a good image of the brand, and ensure clarity and easy access to help for the customers (Kowalkowski et al., 2017). Satisfaction of the employees of the organization is equally an important aspect, since the performance of the organization integrally depends on the performance of the employees, which in turn is affected by their job satisfaction (Topolosky, 2014). Focusing on productivity helps the organization to directly assess its output and performance, in relation to its expenses, and hence is also an important aspect (Preethisinghe & Perera, 2017). Through effective, efficient and better supply chain management system and organization can procure

Also, an effective Human Resource management can also contribute to organizational role through better involvement of the employees and more efficient management skills (Schiemann et al., 2018). These were significant knowledge that I was able to acquire from the business research. 5. Explanation of the learning process: In the learning process, I was able to gather few new insights as well as develop my understanding in few other aspects. For example, the new insights I gathered from preparing theassignmentweretheimportanceofunderstandingmarketdemandandmarket competition, in order to predict the success of an organization. I also was able to learn the importance of effective and efficient customer service helpline and customer satisfaction. Such aspects were completely new to me, and I believe learning them have helped me to gain a better insight into the process of effective business decision making. Additionally, the importance of technology, productivity, supply chain and human resource management in the success of an organization was further strengthened through the business research. These learning outcomes further supported what I learnt in the previous modules, on business strategies, and business theories. Study of Honda Motors have me an insight how these factors integrally determined the organizational performance, and thus highlighted the necessity to understand these theories to ensure organizational success and growth. Ifeelthatthisknowledgewereimportantfindingswhichstrengthenedmy understanding of the module contents and objectives and helped me to understand the business theories in a practical context.
