This is because, it helps to increase my communication level in significant manner. Descriptive
research design consider description of aim and objectives which assist to focus on accomplish
desired level of results. It assists to meet with positive outcomes and effectiveness in successful
manner so that it would be beneficial to gain creativity as well. Moreover, qualitative data
strategy based on opinion, ideas, etc. of different respondents so that it assists to accomplish

processing can go smooth enough. Some recommendations are discussed as under :
 As the concept of digital technology is completely new for the employees, the
organisation should ensure that they provide proper training sessions to the employees
(Fitzgerald and Welch, 2014). It is important because it is obvious enough that they must
not be aware of using the technology and gadgets. Therefore, John Lewis Partnership
should ensure to give proper training sessions to their employees. It will help them in
getting aware of the technology and how to make use of it.
 Also, before the involvement of the digital technology, the senior authorities should make
the employees aware of the processes they will replace after involving the digital
technology because they should be prepared previously that what are new tasks that are

going to be added in their routine. Although it is beneficial enough because the
involvement of digital technology will help in replacing all the manual processing by the
digital ones (Kane and Buckley, 2015). So, it cans save much amount of time. But the
fact which is necessary to ensure here is that they should know what are the processes

 As for the employees, the concept will be new, so the organisation should provide the
employees some time because initially, there is a possibility that they might get confused
etc. so, the company should give them some time so that they can get comfortable with
the use of technology in some time (Oldham and Da Silva, 2015). In every new
technology, it is obvious enough that the person may get confused, so the employees at

get some comfortable with the same. Then, it will help in bringing various positive results
