In this aspect, digital technology is one of the important source that can help tocorporation in the hospitality sector in effective and efficient manner. With help of varioustechniques and tools of the digital technology like mobile phone, laptop, computer, internet,social media, etc company can easily improve the speed of business operation. In this sector,hotel can increase the effectiveness of customer service delivery.
