INTRODUCTION Legal risk refers to the term related to loss that will be occurred due to lack of awareness regarding financial condition of the company (Wang, Li and Tsay, 2016). It is important for proper checking of financial records if any mistake found then it will be risk for company in the future. Present study will be based upon Hilton hotel. It is providing luxury services to its customers so that it will help in maintaining multinational hospitality sector in the United Kingdom. It was founded by Conrad Hilton in 1919. It serves in UK and also other parts of the country. Report will include importance of data protection so that it will not lead to any disruption in the future, health and safety, risk management licensing and key provisions that are associated with Hotel Proprietors Act 1956. MAIN BODY I have learned presentation , SWOT and PDP in my module and I also learned about structuring academic work, plagiarism and referencing style, interview skills. Furthermore I learned problem solving and decision making , team work and communication skill while giving presentation in front of my class. Liability Liability refers to past transaction that will be due for business point of view that will be fulfilled by an individual in future. Importance of Data protection Data protection refers to protecting important information from getting disrupted so that it will not lead to any loss for company. Protecting information is main element for Hilton hotel as this may lead to mischievous activities done by employees or outside person that is stolen data for its use in from the company. Hotel industry is having complex structure so it will difficult to manage all activities in company (Bruwer and Smith, 2018).Information can be stolen through different illegal activities such as cybercrime that will lead to big loss for Hilton hotel. There are different software that will be used in companies for storing important data sometimes it will create problems for future so proper protection is required for protecting data of Hilton data. In addition to it Hilton hotel is using human resource information system for 1
protecting its data from outside sources that will help in saving important data from illegal activity. If data and information of employees is going out from the company then it will not be good for that and due to this it will lead to employee turnover as they do not feel secure so this will impact business functioning in Hilton hotel. Therefore, it is important for taking measures that will help in protecting data of the company. Health and safety It is an important aspect regarding protection of employees in the company. If employees are not feeling protected then it will become difficult for them to survive in Hilton hotel. Employee retention will be decreased and that will becoming serious matter for company as employees are going so that will lead to decrease productivity and profitability. Health of employees will be depended on its surrounding where it is working so it will be creating different perspective for company in protection of health (Akhtar and et. al., , 2019). For protecting employees' health proper ventilation, lightning, drinking water and facility that will be required for safety of employees in Hilton hotel. Employees health will lead to bring efficiency and effectiveness in doing work for future in the company. It is important for protecting employees' health that will enhance their working and will lead to bring effectiveness as if employees are happy then they will give their best in achieving organizational goals. Clean environment also promote employees to do work and feel motivated to give their best to the company. Healthy employee is important in gaining more experience for future growth in the company. Therefore, it is important for preventing employees for getting ill or injured that will lead to decrease productivity of Hilton hotel. So proper facilities will be providing to employees for growth and having more opportunities in the future. Food hygiene One of the most important element in the hospitality industry is related to hygiene food that will be provided to employees, customers during working hours in the company. If food is not hygienic then it will impact on health of employees and customers. While preparing food it is important to wear proper clothes so that it not create environment and place where food is being prepared should be hygienic so that it will not impact health of employees. Cooks that are preparing food have to take proper precautions so that hygienic food is being provided to them. Inspection done by head of the department of food so that better services is being provided and that will help in attracting more customers towards Hilton hotel. 2

They are using mobile services, utilizing different technology to reduce risk from Hilton hotel. Nowadays it is important that proper arrangement will be done for risk that may occur from different sources in business. Settlement of risk is being available there in premises that help in getting different perspective for the future. Risk is part of business that providing various aspects that will help in gaining more knowledge for company that be different from their perspective as it is important for protecting business so for it proper management will be done that helps in reducing risk from the company (de Jager and Brown, 2016). Assessment of risk is necessary for protection that will be help in bringing different perspective for the future. In this sector different risk are there such as property, premises, privacy of data etc. so for all these risk it is essential to use different software that will help in detecting these risks for the future. Therefore, risk management is important for doing efficient working and protecting information and data of Hilton hotel that will help in increasing productivity and profitability. Licensing It is an essential element before starting business licensing is necessary for selling any product or services. Without proper licensing company cannot sale its product into market. Like Hilton is providing luxury services to its customers so it is important for it to take license in selling different product that will help in doing business ethically and legally. It is a hotel industry that provide many services to customers so it is compulsory for it take proper licensing for the future (Weldy, 2017).If company is selling its product without license then problem may arises and it affects goodwill of Hilton hotel. Licensing helps in building trust among customers as it ensure that private information of it will not get out from the company. It will help in 3
protection of employer and customer as if it gets injured then licensing will help in protecting employees and customers of company. There are different ways through which licensing can be obtained by company. It is important for obtaining license as there are some services that require license so it is important to get license from the company. Provisions within Hotel proprietor Act 1956 This act will be emphasized on Inns and innkeepers that are two elements of this act that will emphasized on services that is being offered to consumers such as accommodation etc. this act mainly focused on person that are responsible for managing activities that perform by them. In this proprietor of hotel receive securities, money that will be provided by company. Consumers are providing proper accommodation that is providing different aspect for the future (Yusoff and et al., 2018). Products that will be provided to customers is packed and different aspects will be provided for consumers. CONCLUSION As per the above study it can be said that protecting form legal risk is important for the company. For protecting data different software is used to protect information of business that will be helpful for growing in the future course of action. Health and safety is another aspect that plays essential role in ensuring that employees and customers will be safe and secure so they are able to work properly and gain more knowledge in the future. It is important in maintaining hygienic environment so that employees feeling safe and do work effectively. Managing risk is important that will help in protecting data for the future. Therefore, it is important for taking license that facilitate different aspect or the future. 4
