This project examines the business strategy of Vodafone in the telecommunication sector, focusing on the launch of their 3G technology. It analyzes the external environment using PESTLE and Ansoff's growth vector matrix, and the internal environment using VRIO and McKinsey's 7s framework. The project also applies Porter's Five Forces model to evaluate the competitive landscape and Bowman's Strategy Clock to understand Vodafone's strategic direction. The research provides insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by Vodafone in the telecommunication sector.
